Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Investment Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified private investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Private Investment Scouts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary private investment opportunities

• Work directly with capital allocators, sponsors, and investors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified private investment deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to private market deal flow across real assets, operating businesses, and structured investments.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Investment Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary private investment opportunities

• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level context on assets, businesses, structures, economics, and investment rationale

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle modeling and underwriting)

Private Investment Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Investment Types

Based on approval, Private Investment Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or thematic private investments

Investment categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and judgment.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout contribution

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality private investment opportunities

Activation Process

To become a Private Investment Scout:

1. Submit an application with background and private market exposure

2. Complete verification and investment category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified private investment opportunities

There is no cold outreach and no blind pitching.
All opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

Compliance Notice

Private Investment Scouts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to opportunity identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation, and must comply with applicable securities laws.
